Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn shoes in their original designer packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once our quality team inspects the return.
